Experienced Hardscape Foreman
The Hardscape Foreman is responsible for the hardscaping and masonry work in commercial and residential settings. Type of work ranging from installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and wood construction.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of landscape plans and construction details
- Ability to read plans and effectively communicate with the hardscape designer and crew.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently use specialized equipment, including but not limited to: skid loader, laser levels, concrete saws, chain saws, hand tools, excavators, etc.
- Install and complete major hardscape construction projects.
- Plan, organize and communicate production goals with crew members, trade contractors and customers.
- Ensure that entire crew operates safely and efficiently.
- Responsible for reporting defects with trucks/equipment to Manager.
- Use safe refueling practices.
- Loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
- Responsible for quality control to ensure a high-level of service to the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18+ years old.
- 2 Years’ experience in hardscape installation.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to read, write and speak the English Language.
- Ability to communicate instructions and delegate to staff.

Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibrations. The employee is exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The position is performed in outside weather conditions.
